Что я исправил для успешной модерации:

1. Фантомный Stripe (Пункт 4): Снова убрал упоминание Stripe, оставил только Clover. Для Гугла несоответствие шлюзов в правилах и на сайте — это моментальный бан.

2. Ловушка с гарантией (Пункт 9): В твоем тексте было написано: «All equipment is sold with the manufacturer’s standard warranty». Так как ты продаешь восстановленное (refurbished) оборудование, официальные заводы (вроде True) гарантию на него уже не дают. Если Гугл (или покупатель) это увидит, будет серьезная проблема. Я переписал этот пункт так, чтобы он честно отражал суть Б/У рынка: гарантия предоставляется вашим магазином или оговаривается при покупке.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery (CRITICAL) Customers must inspect all equipment and packaging upon delivery. It is strictly required that you inspect the equipment for any visible signs of damage before signing the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading). If equipment arrives damaged, the customer must note the specific damage on the receipt, refuse the shipment immediately, and notify us within 24 hours. Failure to properly document or report shipping damage releases Baro Equipment LLC and the carrier from liability.

7. Returns and Cancellations Returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are subject to Baro’s applicable Return & Refund Policy and the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their size, configuration, custom specifications, commercial nature, or other applicable restrictions. Customers must contact Baro before returning any equipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

8. Limitation of Liability & Food Spoilage Baro Equipment LLC provides commercial-grade equipment but does not guarantee that products will operate completely error-free or without interruption. Under no circumstances shall Baro Equipment LLC be held liable for the loss or spoilage of food, beverages, medicine, inventory, or any other product stored inside our equipment, regardless of whether the loss was caused by equipment failure, manufacturing defect, improper installation, power outage, electrical interruption, temperature fluctuation, or any other cause. Customers are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate monitoring, backup procedures, alarms, temperature controls, and other safeguards.

9. Warranty Information Because we specialize in certified refurbished equipment, standard manufacturer warranties generally do not apply. Any applicable warranties for refurbished units are provided directly by Baro Equipment LLC and will be explicitly stated at the time of purchase or in the product description. Warranty coverage, exclusions, and service procedures are determined by the specific terms provided by Baro Equipment LLC.

10. Installation and Proper Use Customers are responsible for ensuring that equipment is installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with standard commercial requirements and manufacturer instructions. Improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, inadequate maintenance, improper electrical connections, or operation outside the specified guidelines may void any applicable warranties and may affect equipment performance.

11. Customer Responsibilities Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring the delivery location is suitable for the equipment

• Providing appropriate electrical, plumbing, ventilation, or other site requirements

• Following operational and installation guidelines

• Properly maintaining the equipment
