These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and other visitors.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, or restrict access to our website where permitted by applicable law.
2. Accuracy of Information and Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, availability, images, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate.
However, we do not warrant that all information on the website will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Prices for our commercial equipment are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of products. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, product discontinuation, or suspension of a product.
3. Product Availability and Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Baro Equipment LLC.
Submitting an order or quote request does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where permitted by law, including in cases involving incorrect pricing, inaccurate product information, suspected fraud, product availability issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an applicable refund in accordance with our refund and payment policies.
4. Payment
Payment must be made using the payment methods made available through our website or provided during the ordering process.
We may use third-party payment processors, including Clover and Stripe, to process payments.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the applicable payment method.
We reserve the right to verify payment information and may delay or cancel an order if payment cannot be properly processed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Equipment may be shipped through third-party freight carriers, including LTL freight providers.
Delivery dates and estimated shipping times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the delivery location is reasonably accessible to the carrier.
Additional charges may apply for special delivery requirements, limited-access locations, liftgate services, residential delivery, or other services requested or required by the carrier.
Customers should inspect equipment upon delivery and document any visible shipping damage in accordance with the carrier’s procedures.
6. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect all equipment and packaging as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If equipment arrives damaged, the customer should document the damage with photographs and notify the appropriate parties promptly.
Failure to properly document or report shipping damage may affect the ability to pursue a claim with the carrier.
7. Returns and Cancellations
Returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are subject to Baro’s applicable return policy and the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase.
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their size, configuration, custom specifications, commercial nature, or other applicable restrictions.
Customers should contact Baro before returning any equipment. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Any applicable restocking, shipping, handling, or other fees will be communicated in accordance with the applicable return policy.

Under no circumstances shall Baro Equipment LLC be held liable for the loss or spoilage of food, beverages, medicine, inventory, or any other product stored inside our equipment, regardless of whether the loss was caused by equipment failure, manufacturing defect, improper installation, power outage, electrical interruption, temperature fluctuation, or any other cause.
Customers are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate monitoring, backup procedures, alarms, temperature controls, and other safeguards necessary to protect products stored inside the equipment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baro Equipment LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, installation, use, inability to use, or failure of equipment.
