Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations Baro Equipment LLC currently ships commercial refrigeration equipment strictly within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes.

2. Order Processing & Transit Time

  • Order Processing (Handling) Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, freight transit typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your delivery location. You will receive a notification with a tracking number and the carrier’s details once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the delivery destination, the weight of the equipment, and any requested additional services (such as Liftgate Service).

4. Freight Shipping & Logistics Due to the size and weight of commercial refrigerators, all orders are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers.

  • Standard delivery is strictly “dock-to-dock” or “curbside”.

  • The driver will not move the equipment inside your facility, uncrate it, or remove the packaging.

  • If your facility does not have a loading dock or a forklift, you must request a Liftgate Service at checkout (additional fees apply) to safely lower the equipment to the ground.

5. Inspecting Your Delivery (CRITICAL) You or your designated representative must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. It is strictly required that you physically inspect the equipment for any visible signs of damage before signing the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading).

If the packaging or item is damaged:

  1. Note the specific damage directly on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.

  2. Refuse the shipment immediately.

  3. Contact our support team at info@baroequipment.com within 24 hours.

Please note: If you sign the delivery receipt “clear” without noting any damage, Baro Equipment LLC cannot file a freight claim with the carrier, and you will be held responsible for all subsequent repair or replacement costs.
